Qualification: Secondary School Certificate and diploma in PC. Work Experience: 4 years in relevant field
Skills: Fluent oral and written communication m English, Good computer skills and knowledge in MS Office Applications.
a. Carries out normal secretarial duties in the form of taking dictation, operating PC for typing, preparing memos/tabulations, e-mails, reports and correspondence for supervisor's signature, checking the business languages, spelling, punctuation and grammar.
b. Receives correspondence, involves registering and distributing the same to appropriate recipient, using discretion if required and ensuring that out-going mail is dispatched promptly with correct distribution list both manual and electronic.
c. Organizes and maintains a filing system for the Team and follows up to insure efficiency and security at all times.
d. Provides information and receives information concerning matters related to the Team, as well as taking messages including all necessary details.
e. Keeps an inventory of all stationery, controls its issue and re-orders when required to maintain stock as required.
f. Processes documents, such as, overtime, NW A, travel time, salary allocation, time sheets, leave forms and all related calculations thru the Company's computer system. h. Performs other related duties, such as furnishing information as required and take notes, operating DIMS, keeping leave schedules, ensuring that office is kept clean and tidy and arranging for office equipment repairs and ensuring HSE rules and regulations.
